Manage Useful Links
School staff can create and manage a list of useful links for parents, helping them quickly access important resources.
Accessing Link Management
Open the side menu.
Tap Manage Links (only visible to authorized staff).
Adding a Link
Tap the + (plus) button in the bottom right corner.
Label: Enter a short, descriptive name for the button (e.g., "Canteen Menu").
URL: Enter the web address (e.g.,
www.myschool.com/canteen).Category: Select a category to assign an icon and colour to the button (e.g., Food, Uniform, Sports).
Tap Save.
Managing Existing Links
Edit: Tap the pencil icon
next to a link to change its details.
Delete: Tap the trash icon
to remove a link.
Reorder: Press and hold the drag handle
on the right side of a link, then drag it to a new position in the list. The new order is saved automatically.
Available Categories
Categorizing your links helps parents find what they need visually.
Admin: Blue
Educational: Indigo
Food: Orange
Parent Portal: Cyan
Resources: Teal
Safety: Red
Sports: Green
Stationery: Yellow
Uniform: Purple
Other: Grey
