Getting Started

How It Works

Getting your school set up with JuggleBoard is simple and straightforward:

  1. Get In Touch: Contact us at support @ juggleboard . com with your school details, including your Google-based email address (e.g., schooladmin @ name . school . nz)

  2. Log In: Using your PC or Mac, visit https://app.juggleboard.com/ and log in with your Google-based school email address. JuggleBoard will automatically recognise you as an administrator of your school

Note: Administrative functions are only available when accessing JuggleBoard through a desktop web browser on PC or Mac. These features are not available in the mobile app or when browsing from mobile devices.

  1. Create Your QR Code: Use JuggleBoard to generate a QR code and invite code as a PDF document

  2. Share With Your Community: Distribute the PDF to parents and staff. You could include it in your school newsletter, print it out for the school foyer, or share it digitally through your usual communication channels

  3. Parents Join: Parents download the JuggleBoard app and join your school using the QR code or invite code

  4. Stay Informed: Once joined, parents can view all school events and set up reminders to ensure they never miss important activities

  5. Start Posting Events: As a school administrator, you can post events on behalf of the school using your Google-based email address. These events will be clearly marked as posted by the school

  6. Community Participation: Parents and staff who organise extracurricular activities (like after-school rugby practice) can also post their own events, creating a comprehensive school community calendar

General Management

As a school administrator, you can:

  • Add Staff Members: Share a QR with parents and staff to allow them to join your school

  • Bulk Upload Events: Import multiple events at once using CSV files
